Captive Portal users can't access internet after reboot ?

Description

Hi,
in Pfsense after 2.4.4 upgarade captive portal users remain logged in after system reboot but can't access to internet and they also can't login because captive protal showing message you are connected.
so i have to manually disconnect all users.
please fix this issue
