Description
As far as I afaik, the captive portal logins are stored on disk – however they still get cleaned out every time pfSense is rebooted (whether for upgrades or not), requiring ~1500 people to relogin... Happens with every 2.1.x or 2.2.x version as far as I can see.

That's by design, though it'd probably be OK to not rm the database on boot. Needs review for a variety of potential edge case problems that might introduce.
