Add File-Store limit to clean captured files by total size or age

This feature has been added to the LOGS MGMT tab in Suricata and also code was added to the logs and space management cron task to check and purge the File Store captured files directory when necessary.

The feature was added in the most recent updates to the Suricata GUI package posted at https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/pull/786 and https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/pull/788.

This issue can be closed.
