The for attribute of the label element must refer to a non-hidden form control.
There is no corresponding target of this for attribute. Removing.

Calling print(sprintf(...)) can be simplified to printf(...).

Review alert wording. End sentence with period, remove redundant 'Warning', 'Error', etc. prefixes, since alerts are now color coded. Remove <b> tags.
