Add EasyRule images to all other themes. Should work in all themes now.
CSS changes, fixes misaligned cursor in some password fields. Fixes item 1 in ticket #830
Add these error/info box classes to the wizard.css file.
Fix line endings on remaining files that did not have the same line endings as everything else.
New tab colors from Rob
Turn active tabs color to #DDDDDD
Set background color to grey and avoid white space between tabs and tabcont class
Set tabcont to a slightly darker grey so that it stands out even on brighter monitors.
Do not use /, use relative directory form css
