Description

FRR package already include bfd daemon and it could be use to reduce fault detection.

Some changes are needed in order to :
- integrate bfd daemon as a service
- integrate bfd daemon in FRR status
- create a minimal configuration interface
- integrate bfd daemon in the "Global Settings" -> "Raw Config"

We have made changes and have in production a frr bfd daemon on a pfsense 2.4.5.
I will submit a PR as soon as possible.
