Setup Wizard DNS Server validation JavaScript incorrectly claims IPv6 address is invalid

Description

In the setup wizard, if a user places an IPv6 address in the primary or secondary DNS server box, a JavaScript popup warns that the address is invalid. However, dismissing the dialog and continuing through the wizard works fine. The value goes into the config and works as expected.
