Description

The interface description field (#1557) is lost after running the `pppoe_restart` script:

before:

pppoe0: flags=88d1<UP,POINTOPOINT,RUNNING,NOARP,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> metric 0 mtu 1492
    description: OPT1
