Description
After unchecking the "Enable HAProxy" checkbox and clicking 'Save' on the haproxy_global.php page, an error occurs:

The issue was on the haproxy-devel 0.62_3 version.
Tested on the haproxy-devel 0.62_4 version. There are no any errors after unchecking the "Enable HAProxy" checkbox and clicking the 'Save' button.
The ticket can be resolved.
