I checked with pfBlockerNG-devel 3.1.0. Some of the feeds listed above are removed, but some are still there.

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/joeylane/hosts/master/hosts and https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/adwarefilters.tpl are both removed as expected.

https://isc.sans.edu/feeds/suspiciousdomains_Medium.txt, https://isc.sans.edu/feeds/suspiciousdomains_Low.txt, https://isc.sans.edu/feeds/suspiciousdomains_High.txt, and https://www.blocklist.de/lists/ircbot.txt are all still present and either Service Suspended or Empty.

https://isc.sans.edu/api/threatlist/torexit is still present but does not appear to be empty like in the original bug report.

pfBlockerNG-devel 3.1.0_1 has https://isc.sans.edu/feeds/suspiciousdomains_Medium.txt, https://isc.sans.edu/feeds/suspiciousdomains_Low.txt, and https://isc.sans.edu/feeds/suspiciousdomains_High.txt marked as suspended in the info tooltip, but still on the list.

https://www.blocklist.de/lists/ircbot.txt is still present, unlabeled, and empty.
