Description

After clicking the save button on the Global Settings page all rule categories are removed from all interfaces
and I see the "WARNING: Marked interface currently has no rules defined for Suricata" message on the Interfaces page

Tested the patch and it works well; the categories no longer reset.

I still see the following issue noted in the related bug report:
1) The Delete button will remove the Check MD5 label, and 2) when adding a new entry the checkbox defaults to whatever the last entry is; it should default to unchecked.

suricata 6.0.8_2 on 23.01.b.20221223.0600 does not lose interface rule selection when saving from global settings page
