Removed links to MESD and Shalla, both seem to be dead. Shalla shut down, the MESD link times out and never loads. I left the link to Squidguard's own list of blacklists. It still lists MESD and Shalla but also has links to a couple others, though at least one of those is also dead. At this point, availability beyond that is pretty well out of our control.
