Indicates the current next ZFS Boot Environment

italicize "next", or change it to the active next

Administrators can create new ZFS Boot Environments in a couple different ways.

Selecting Boot Environments in the Loader Menu

It would be helpful to provide a screenshot here of the referenced loader menu showing option 8.

Press option 3 to change the bootfs it is not correct (this is typically unnecessary as it likely only has one option)

change the bootfs [entry,filesystem?] if it is not
