Bug #13240

User is forced to pick an NPt destination IPv6 prefix length even when choosing a drop-down entry which contains a defined prefix length

Description
Following on from #4881
There are two minor issues in the NPt GUI when dealing with dynamic choices:
1. When there are multiple available entries the list isn't cleared and each line also contains the network of the previous line.

2. When picking a prefix entry from the drop-down the user is also forced to pick a matching prefix length even though the description in the drop-down lists the correct prefix length already. It should skip that check when choosing an entry from the list.
- Related to Feature #4881: Allow NPt to use dynamic IPv6 networks added
- Description updated (diff)
- Related to Bug #13310: Each line in the NPt destination IPv6 prefix list also contains the network of the previous line when multiple choices are present added
- Subject changed from Dynamic NPt entry UI has a couple quirks to User is forced to pick an NPt destination IPv6 prefix length even when choosing a drop-down entry which contains a defined prefix length

Moving first point to #13310 - keeping this one for point 2.
