Description

With a normal shutdown (CLI option 6 or Diagnostics > Halt) in 22.05, the USB console output ends with:

All buffers synced.
Uptime: 2m55s

The operating system has halted.
Power cycle or reset to reboot.

However on the Dec. 30 build of 23.01, these last two lines indicate the system may not be fully shutting down.

All buffers synced.
Uptime: 2m3s
Khelp module "ertt" can't unload until its refcount drops from 12 to 0.
ERROR: a3700_system_off needPANIC at PC : 0x0000000004023268

This is on build:
23.01-BETA (arm64)
built on Fri Dec 30 06:05:09 UTC 2022
FreeBSD 14.0-CURRENT

Attached are screen logs of each version's shutdown. Also worth noting that the GUI is inaccessible and the LAN IP doesn't respond to pings but the interface link and speed lights are still lit, which is the same (and expected) behavior on 22.05.
