Tested on an ATT connection. 802.1X traffic passed with the new filtering rules perfectly and without incident. Seems to work great. Can be marked as Resolved.

To me for a tiny change, going to add a warning to the enable option marking this as beta/experimental for this release at least.

In addition to marking it experimental, I changed the wording slightly to align with the feature description in the FreeBSD man page. I also added a link to the Ethernet rules tab and a small note that the rules pass by default and do not keep state.
