Description

enabling RPKI option breaks BGP.

rpki
rpki cache 10.100.100.134 9400 test preference 1
!

pfSense.home.arpa# show bgp summary
% BGP instance not found

testd on 2.7 and 23.05

works on 23.09

If it works on 23.09 then it seems like an issue in FRR with that particular configuration that's been fixed, and when we update FRR for the older branches this will likely be fixed there as well, so doesn't need to be tracked separately from #13575 unless it persists after that is complete.
