Mobile IPsec Group Authentication cannot be enabled

Description
In pfSense Plus 23.09, if you try to enable "Group Authentication" under VPN --> IPSec --> Mobile Clients, choose a group, and then save, the page will refresh and the checkbox will be unchecked again. Checking the config.xml there is no mention of this setting.
