Factory resetting the configuration removes WireGuard

Description
Resetting the configuration to factory defaults removes the WireGuard package. This package should be kept given that it is a pre-installed package on pfSense+ systems.
I couldn't reproduce this.
Tested against:
23.09
23.09.1
24.03
Is there any other specific configuration setting that triggers this behavior?
In my tests, the configuration was in its default state before defaulting the configuration.
- Status changed from New to Feedback
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
The WireGuard package is now in the list of installed packages and won't be removed on the factory reset.
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
- Assignee set to Luiz Souza
- Target version set to 24.11
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
