Description
The "CARP" status page could use a few changes so it's better aligned with other sections of the GUI and to better reflect its purpose:
- Rename the menu entry from Status > CARP (failover) to Status > High Availability
- It already includes non-CARP things (pfsync status), so the title is already misleading
- Include sections with Kea HA status for both DHCP and DHCPv6
- Now that Kea HA is implemented, it has a nice clean status output with one section per daemon (DHCP, DHCPv6) rather than per-pool status, so it would be nice to include it here when it's enabled. I'd still also keep a copy of it on the DHCP status as that's where users expect to see it, at least for now.
- This would only apply to Kea HA status, not ISC.
- Copy or Move the "Force Config Sync" button/feature from Status > Filter Reload to this page and rename it to Force XMLRPC Configuration Sync
- The action should still land the user over on the Filter Reload page to watch the progress as it runs but as with the other points, it would be nice to have all of the HA status/functions collected in one place.
- If it's viable, along with the above, add an XMLRPC status function that does an AJAX style query to test XMLRPC to the configured peer (if enabled) and report the remote config version for example, and report any errors if it fails (e.g. auth failure, timeout, etc.) -- If this is too complex or can't be done in a non-blocking way then no need to bother with it, but it would be extraordinarily helpful for troubleshooting without having to attempt a full XMLRPC sync each time.
