Description

When trying to add a static route to the Null4 gateway, which should be localhost, the operation fails in 24.03 with:

/system_routes.php: Static Routes: Gateway IP could not be found for 10.100.45.0/24

The route is not added to the routing table.

This also fails in 24.08 and 2.8 but succeeds as expected in 2.7.2
