Description
Attempting to change the warning and critical thresholds for load, temp, charge and battery age in the Apcupsd widget shows similar strings (below) for all values. Changing to digit values works as expected.

running 24.11.b.20241031.0600 build on amd64
System with no backup device connected, apcupsd widget's options are not populated with the previously noted text once the widget has been added to the dashboard. A system with a backup device connected and configured initially displays the widget and live information as expected; if these threshold/warning/critical values are not populated but then saved, this causes a php crash. Inputting values for the warning/critical values and saving stops the repeated crash and errors in the dashboard.
testing on 24.11.b.20241109.1400 amd64 apcupsd package version 0.3.92_6
clearing the values for display thresholds and saving results in them being replaced with a zero and the graphs and text respond accordingly in the widget. All appears working.
