Add packages for Zabbix 7.2 and 7.4 agent and proxy

Description
Zabbix 7.2 was released in Dec 2024 and it would be nice to start testing it with pfSense.
I will submit a PR shortly.

We desperately need zabbix proxy 7.2. This is an awful situation where we can't monitor one-third of our network because of a missing package...

Zabbix 7.2 is not available as an available package in 24.11 and 25.03. Package is available upstream.

Tested in latest 25.03 builds. Zabbix 7.2 packages are still not present.

Kris Phillips What can be done to decrease the time for accepting routine package updates? In the past, there was some confusion about who would submit the PRs, but in this case, I submitted the PRs 3 months ago. No comments indicate any issues with the PRs, so they are just waiting to be accepted.

Kris Phillips This issue is 6 months old now, so I'd like to understand what causes delays with releasing updated packages for Zabbix. Is the correct workflow not being followed? Is there something wrong with the PRs that were submitted? Is it a resourcing issue on Netgate's side? Any feedback would be appreciated.
Is there a defined package update schedule? I couldn't find anything under https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/development/index.html#
