Bug #16472

Cannot set RADVD router lifetime to ``0``
Added by Lev Prokofev about 2 months ago.
Updated 14 days ago.
Category:
IPv6 Router Advertisements (radvd/rtsold)
Plus Target Version:
25.11
Description
Tested in 25.11-Beta and 25.07.1
Docs says:
A value of 0 indicates that the router is not a default router and that associated default routes should be discarded.
But it is not possible to set this value.

Files
Tested on

The patch works as expected:
Tested on
25.07.1-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Wed Aug 20 16:17:00 +04 2025
FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT
The value "0" is now populated at /var/etc/radvd.conf "AdvDefaultLifetime 0;".
I mark this issue as resolved.
