Correction #16536
closedFloating Rules now work with action=match and quick=enabled
100%
Description
The docs at https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/firewall/floating-rules.html#match-action state:
"Match rules do not work with Quick enabled"
However, as of 25.11.b.20251111.2016 the GUI does not prevent such rules from being saved. Input validation should block or at least WARN about this.

- Status changed from New to Not a Bug
It's fixed in 25.11:
https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/16475
We may prevent that in the future if the ability is removed upstream. For now though, we just need to update the docs to reflect the current behavior.

I removed it from the 25.11 docs branch so it will be changed with the release. There was another similar sentence under the Quick option which I also removed.
