Natural sorting of interfaces is not fully implemented, Interfaces menu is still sorted lexicographically

Description

Natural sorting of interfaces (when Interfaces Sort option is enabled) was implemented in #15437, but that change seems to have not affected the sort order in the Interfaces menu, where interfaces continue to be sorted lexicographically.

For example, while interfaces get sorted naturally like so:

Ugh. That got submitted before I was done editing. Sorry about that.

For example, naturally sorted interfaces like this:

  • LAN
  • LAN1
  • LAN2
  • LAN10G1
  • LAN10G2

still appear like this in the Interfaces menu:

  • LAN
  • LAN1
  • LAN10G1
  • LAN10G2
  • LAN2
