The "/" char in Virtual Server name disable the server

Description

If there is a "/" character in Virtual Server name, the service will stop respond to the IP address assigned.

Monitor will show the virtual server as "Active".
Nothing in loadbalancer logs and firewall logs shows that packets are being reject (or not handled)

just need input validation to prevent / from being used in the virtual server name in load_balancer_virtual_server_edit.php
