[Satus->Captive Portal] Menu Link Disappears When Viewing Captive Portal Status

Description

When viewing the Captive Portal Status, the menu item for Status->Captive Portal Disappears

Steps to reproduce:

From the dashboard, hover over Status. Notice the "Captive Portal" option. Click "Captive Portal". Hover over Status while viewing Captive Portal Status. Captive Portal menu item is missing and CARP (Failover) assumes the top menu position.

Not reproducible here, as you can see on attached screenshot.

I can reproduce this on two pfSense boxes each running:

2.1-RC0 (amd64)

I can only reproduce that when I have no zones defined. If I have a zone defined, it always shows up for me.

it shouldn't show up anywhere when there are no zones defined, I've noticed that changed in 2.1. In 2.0.x and previous versions, the menu item only showed up if CP is enabled.

I just tested this again on a fresh OVA. I found that starting from a fresh install (i.e. no zones), creating a zone, and then deleting that zone causes the above symptoms. I believe this is what I did on my production 2.1 boxes.

It's the expected behaviour, if you don't have zones, status menu won't show up.
