Description
At the moment the only way I can find to stop ntpd is working is put some invalid value in the ntp server field.
I want to disable ntp because pfsense is running in a virtual machine, and so the host is responsible for the clock.

(If someone still wishes to have this feature, feel free to recycle the above code as you wish, redoing off to booleans and dropdown to checkboxes. I prefer to spend my time on more meaningful things.)
