Description

On 2.2 if you edit a Phase 1 and save, it leaves the original untouched and creates a new Phase 1 entry as if "duplicate"/+ was clicked and not edit.

Tested on "2.2-ALPHA (amd64) built on Thu Aug 14 06:56:40 CDT 2014"

1. Created a phase1 and phase2 entry.
2. Edited the phase1 entry, changed descripton, and saved.
3. Still one phase1 entry visible in the WebGUI, with updated description.

Seems resolved.
