Description

If a user has "WebCfg - Help pages" in their personal permissions (not inherited) and it is listed first, then after login they are issued a bad redirect which tries to send them to "https://[router address]/www.pfsense.org", which does not exist.

Tested on 2.1.4 and 2.2, both exhibit the same behavior.
