Description

The /etc MFS on a 2.2 memstick image of the Netgate build is allocated with 10 MB of space. The files that get copied into it seem to take up 12 MB.

The same files take up less space on 2.1.5 for some reason so that this is not an issue on 2.1.5.

modified pfsense-tools/builder_scripts/scripts/rc.d/etcmfs to set default size to 20m
