Description

The athstats, cryptostats, and cryptotest utilities were present in 2.1.x but are not on 2.2 images, but they are listed in the copy list.

May not be worth the trouble to attempt bringing them back into 2.2-RELEASE at this stage, especially if they don't compile or have other issues.

handle_tools_stats_crypto() is still set to build cryptostats and cryptotest, though during a ports build not a world build. Ermal said athstats had problems and would not compile.
