If enabled System: Advanced: Miscellaneous : RAM Disk, the squidGuard lost self blacklist DB from /var subfolder
I thing, what need store DB in /usr/.. archive and check/restore each time, while pfSense starting.

https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense-packages/pull/1144 has input validations to:
- force users to disable any ramdisks on full installs (even from a quick look, there are definitely more issues with this than just blacklists DB)
- force users to disable blacklists feature on nanobsd (still a whole lot better than marking the package as noembedded)
This has been broken for years and got nowhere.
