diag_sockets wrong info

Description

the diag_sockets.php info says sockstat uses capital -L
when using the lowercase -l.
It does not use -L and it does show the
the loopback addresses (::1 or 127.0.0.0/8).

Also why there don't use the man page details verbatim, so exclude
the unnecessary ADDRESS and other UNIX sockets documentation.
