Description

Redmine 7083 provided the infrastructure to mark GUI fields as "required" and the UI implementation underlines fields that are marked as "required".

Go through the GUI pages and mark the relevant required fields.

https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/3409 has examples of the style of code changes needed.

https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/3419 has discussion about exactly which fields would be considered required.
