Description

New domains created for ACME fail with the nsupdate method as the nsupdate keys are not created in /tmp/acme/KEYNAME/HOSTNAME/nsupdate_acme-* - I believe this is because the directory is created after the attempt is made to create the nsupdate keys. The files are created and the nsupdate command works properly if you try again after the first failure.
