if i try to uninstall any package
Package Removal
Please wait while the update system initializes
nothing else is printed
anyway package is uninstalled
no problem during installation

That sounds like a problem with your config or environment. I can't reproduce it here.

I am able to reproduce this using the nightly image from Sept 14th, as well as the latest image from Sept 29th.
- Fresh install of ISO in VM
- Log in and install cron package
- Uninstall cron package
- Only output "Please wait while the update system initializes" is shown.
This persisted after reboot.
