Description

After rebooting pfsense, pfblockerNG do not launch cron process to update and wait for next cron time.

While next cron time is not played, original IP files list is empty

cron process should be "played" after reboot of pfsense.

Tested with pfblockerNG-devel 2.2.5_23

pfsense 2.4.4-RELEASE-p3 (amd64)
built on Wed May 15 18:53:44 EDT 2019
FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-p10

If you are using RAMdisks, its not recommend for packages that store data in the /var folder as that folder is wiped on reboot.
Will consider a cron option to launch on reboot for future releases.
