Remove redundant system link step

This code regressed at some point, making $repo equal e.g.:
'/usr/local/etc/pfSense/pkg/repos/pfSense-repo-0000.conf/pfSense-repo-24_03-rel.conf'
Remove the code since "repo-setup -U" handles the linking.
