Description

.
- make a change to a limiter queue; save
- click on the queue to reload the page
- apply changes
results in:
The following input errors were detected:
At least one bw specification is necessary.
Selected scheduler not recognized.
Triggering this error on a couple of queues, then saving while on the pipe page leads to the queues being saved with the same <number> tag in config.xml.

following the application of the above linked patch (on 24.11), opening a child queue for a limiter, making a change and saving results in seeing the initial limiters menu, with no fields available and the apply banner present at top. Clicking back to the queue that was previously changed shows the correct setting and hitting apply produces the changes were applied successfully message as expected.
