Description
Unchecking python module in dns resolver settings shows checked again after save/apply and there is no python script available

I can confirm this. Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Services --> DNS Resolver --> Python Module and check the box. Save and Apply.
2. Reload the page, try to uncheck the box, save, and apply again.
3. On page reload the checkbox will be re-checked. Refreshing the page or restarting the unbound service has no affect.
Tested in Firefox on Dec 28th builds of 23.01-BETA amd64 in a QEMU VM.
