Affected Architecture:
amd64
Description
Diagnostics>States doesn't allow rule ID and interface filtering simultaneously but clearing the interface field is not possible. Setting (or leaving) to interface:ALL reports the same error, but with state results when applicable.
When reaching the diagnostics>states page via firewall>rules and clicking the in-use state details next to the rule, initially the page loads without a warning but if you click filter after following the link from firewall rules to the states page. you receive the error.
The following input errors were detected:
Interface and Rule ID filters cannot be used at the same time.

Bug confirmed on latest 23.09 BETA build from Oct 14th. This error appears to be cosmetic, as the filtering still works with "All" selected, but is still erroneously displays an error even though All is selected.
Tested this on 23.05.1 and this error is not present when attempting to filter, so this is new for 23.09.
