DHCPv6 settings page "DDNS Reverse" check box not showing current state
Added by David Cornejo 12 months ago.
Updated 9 months ago.
Plus Target Version:
24.03
Description
If you select the DDNS Reverse checkbox and then save and then apply the changes, the checkbox clears.
It seems like the setting is applied, but if you modify and save/apply something else, the setting clears.
- Status changed from New to Confirmed
I can replicate this behaviour on:
23.09.1-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Wed Dec 20 18:27:00 UTC 2023
FreeBSD 14.0-CURRENT
Can replicate on 24.03
24.03-DEVELOPMENT (amd64)
built on Wed Dec 27 6:00:00 UTC 2023
FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT
- Project changed from pfSense Plus to pfSense
- Category changed from Web Interface to DHCP (IPv6)
- Target version set to 2.8.0
- Affected Plus Version deleted (
23.09.1)
- Plus Target Version set to 24.03
Tested on Jan 12 snapshots and this issue is still present. You don't need to change any other settings, but simply refresh the page/apply changes. The checkbox also does not appear to be writing out to config.xml anything.
- Assignee set to Jim Pingle
- Status changed from Confirmed to Feedback
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
Checkbox is being respected and is displaying its value properly.
