Redacting description at Interfaces=>LAGGs section cause LAGG interface rebuild.

Description

If you decide to change the description for existed LAGG interface at Interfaces=>LAGGs it will cause the link down/up event which can be disruptive, for example, causing unnecessary CARP events. It should be improved since this description is just informational and doesn't go to interface configuration.
