Parent issue for tracking features not yet implemented in Kea. Not all of these may be possible or viable in Kea.

We've had a couple Redmine issues for things that are now complete but there are a handful of issues remaining that I couldn't find Redmine issues for yet.

Once an item is implemented, it can be removed from this issue parent issue and added as a related issue instead, so it gets tracked with the release it is implemented in and not held back by this parent issue (Mostly affects release notes tracking).
