Description

Occasionally, the Multi-WAN gateway detection mechanisms are not very helpful in disabling a WAN that has become unusable. This is especially true if the gateway is flapping between a good state and an unusable state.

In times like this it would be useful to have a means to flag that gateway as down. Not entirely disabled, but simply considered down for the purposes of status and gateway groups.

+1 - quite often I have ISPs with links that lose 10-20% packets for a few days. Call the ISP, they know they have a problem and are working beside a highway, on a mountain somewhere. It is impossible to pick a packet loss % that is the boundary between good and bad, and the %age fluctuates constantly. Having this feature would be great - better than asking someone to pull out the cable, then having to describe to someone else a day later exactly where the cable should be connected again :)
