Description

I was digging into issue #3900 that is annoying me and discover that for NO-IP update work correcly the url needs to be changed.

The paramater "&hostname" should be changed to "&h[]"

I think this affect only NO-IP DNS that uses round robin. Anyway the no-ip official client uses the "$h[]" parameter.

This also is bug #3900 related and both needs to be fixed for NO-IP work with round robin DNS.
