Description

The setup_gateways_monitor function is called multiple times during boot up by rc.boot, rc.newwanip, and rc.newwanipv6.

Each time stopping and restarting dpinger.

Luiz, when you are touching it, it would be nice to add code on PHP side to deal with interface in tentative state so we can remove this patch from dpinger:
