Fix unbound shortcut links

Fixes redmine #4151
1) Make the naming in shortcuts.inc more clear - forwarder=dnsmasq
resolver=unbound
2) Make the value of $shortcuts_section correct in each dnsmasq and
unbound php code
3) Make diag_logs_resolver.php smarter, so if dnsmasq is enabled, then...

modify copyright statement to reflect reality

Tidy up "diag_logs_resolver.php" XHTML

Add SUMMARY to table statements

Activate new shortcuts/status in the rest of the areas that are currently setup.

Start revamp of shortcuts, central file to hold links, also service status/control, added to dns forwarder as example.

Fix a couple misdirected form submissions

s/OpenNTPD/NTP/ for log pages and menu entry, to save space (and make it easier if we switch)

Move routing (radvd, routed, ospf, bgp) to its own log since these daemons can be really spammy at times.

Add the new pages for the relocated logfiles and messages.
